My friend Kat gave Moses a Harry Potter Costume (actually he won the costume at a "Charity Night" Kat hosted at her house). He was so excited to try it on, he said "Mom, what is it?" I replied "It's a Harry Potter costume." His response "OHHHH! I love it! I've always wanted one! THANKS! What's Harry Potter?"

He also won a Darth Vader Mask and a toy truck. It was like Christmas!

Side Note: The Charity Night Kat had at her house was called "Charity and Chocolate".
It's like a Tupperware Party but instead of talking about Tupperware and buying Tupperware we talked about ourselves and our kids and The Duggars (There were two girls at the party who DIDN'T know who the Duggars were!! Say WHAT?!) and told funny stories and then donated money to 2 amazing charities, NEST and Anak Natin, all while gorging ourselves in chocolate. It was WONDERFUL and such an easy and fun way to do some good!

Moses loves to use photo booth on my mac to make funny pictures. I have over 600 of these! This blog was totally created by Mo, he chose the pictures and told me what to write about them. Enjoy!

This picture is when I was walking and walking and walking and then we saw a man and we gived him a high five

This one is about my muscles.

This is when I was a pirate. I was a nice pirate.

This one is where I was doing "this", I was going to make a funny face and make mom laugh and then...and that's it.

That one is where I was trying to blast off, I was gonna blast off and rescue somebody. And then I rescued an animal and that's it.

The scary one is when there was a man walking and then the man saw me and then I scared someone and that's it.

The silly one. The one where I was walking and walking and I make the people laugh and laugh and made all the people laugh so she knocked her head off.

This one I was a pirate and I was talking to a man, I was going to a party. I was a nice pirate, I was, I was, I was really nice.

When we were, there was a guy and he was a bully. And then he was gonna get my head and then I was going to but he didn't get me because I runned runned runned and I did karate and hit his weenie.

That's one where I didn't have any teeth my teeth falled out, and that's it.

That's the one where there was a guy walking through a sand and he saw an alien and he trapped the guy and the guy did karate. Yeah, he had to do karate cuz the alien was a mean alien.

That one is where I was making people laugh.

That one is where we were friends and we were pretending to be both Moses.

The scary one...is where i was scaring all the people and the people were doing karate and getting me and hitting me on the head and tummy and weenie cuz I was a scary guy, but the didn't know I was just wearing a costume.

This is Spiderman, he was flying in the city and he was helping someone who was hurting someone and then he trapped them in the basket and that's it.

Fell off the bed.

It was broken for two days before we realized there was a problem.

My baby sister is home from college - HOORAY!!!! On Saturday, we had a welcome home party for her, and in true Miner/Headlee/Drake/Banford/Barker/Martin style, we had a cupcake decorating contest. The theme was World Cup 2010 Africa Style, and Elena got to smash the losing cupcakes in the decorators faces. This years competition results were a big upset!

I needed some close-up pictures of the boys for Mother's Day gifts. It only took 200 pictures to get 15 good ones!

Matt laughs at me whenever I say "No". He is soooo my child.

Everyday when I go to do Mo's hair I ask him "Do you want Handsome (as seen above) or Crazy-Handsome (Faux Hawk) hair today?" 9 out of 10 times he wants "Handsome", it's just who he is!

Matt loves going down the slide at the park. Always on his stomach, feet first - he has no fear.

Conversation with Mo:
Me: Mo, I'm driving the car I can't get you fruit snacks.
Mo: Why?
Me: Because I only have two arms and I need them to drive. Maybe I should grow 2 more arms so I can get you the fruit snacks.
Mo: NO, MOM - THEN YOU'D BE A MONSTER.

Matt cries every time he sees his dad leave - and it's the saddest cry you've ever heard. This boy really FEELS his emotions.

Jan 20, 2010 Moses turned 4. We had a pirate party at Chuck e cheese. Whenever someone would say "Mo, are you a pirate?" He'd say "Yeah. but don't be scared, I'm a nice pirate."

This is why Aunt Lizzi is his favorite - she gives him Diet Coke.

Mo spent almost all of his tokens on bowling (aka skee ball).
We had a competition for the adults, instead of buying Mo presents, party guests had to win tickets at Chuck E Cheese. Everyone got 30 tokens. The big winner...drum roll please...SAM! Collectively we won over 1,500 tickets!! Mo was able to get a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle action figure, a nerf ball, a laser gun, candy and a few stickers. Hooray for Chuck E Cheese Prizes!

Our Little Ninja! Moses is taking Karate Lessons at Bobby Lawrence Karate School. HE LOVES IT!! Watching him in his Little Ninja Class is, by far, my favorite time of the week. Chris is also enrolled at the school and their first tournament is Nov 6 and 7 - I can't wait!!!

I attended my 10 year High School Reunion in August in Highlands Ranch Colorado. I had so much fun! I was surprised by how much joy I felt in seeing old friends. I was smiling and laughing all night.

Our first international trip - Mexico! Heather and Adam were married on a pier in Mexico and it was a beautiful wedding and a great vacation.

WICKED! Mary's debut at the Pantages Theater. Part of my prize from Deal or No Deal.

Glinda's wand. ooh...ahhh. One of Mary's prizes from Deal or no Deal.

Camped out to get tickets to Price is Right Million Dollar Spectacular! Lizzi was called down and won a $4,000 pearl Necklace! I lost my voice from screaming hysterically.

We bought a pool! I know, I know - we spoil the boy.

We made some new friends. Moses and Andrew.

Mo is definitely a little bit rock and roll!

Mary turned 26...no 27...NO WAIT, 28!!

We learned candles taste AWFUL!

We overcame some fears!

We learned all about fire fighting and fire trucks.

Moses learned you can eat Cotton Candy. He carried the cotton candy around for about 10 minutes then saw another kid eating it and realized it was food.

Matthew is 3 monthes old and is the happiest baby in the world. He giggles when you stretch his arms above his head, change his diaper, suck goobers out of his nose, or tickle his back. He is our little peacemaker and he is very lucky, afterall he was born on 11/11/2008 and 11 is my lucky case number!
